Hosting a tech event that you’d like to share?

Leeds Digital is a full-service open platform, which means you can submit your events to be shared with the tech community in the Leeds City Region year-round, outside the Leeds Digital Festival dates.

We do not accept submissions for Leeds Digital Festival through this platform.

All submissions for the festival submissions are managed via www.leedsdigitalfestival.org. The deadline for inclusion in the LDF26 programme closed on 24th July 2026.

During the Festival (21st September – 2nd Oct) our focus will be on promoting LDF events. Therefore, we won’t be sharing other events on the LD website during this period.

If you’re hosting tech events in Leeds outside of the Festival dates, share your details below.

How it works:

  1. Submit your event details via the form below.
  2. Receive confirmation by email.
  3. Our team will review your submission within three working days. If needed, we’ll reach out for additional information or updated visuals to better showcase your event.
  4. We’ll finalise and publish your event, sharing the link with you once it’s live.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Event Criteria: Whether it’s online or in person, the event must be clearly related to tech and be relevant to the digital community in the Leeds City Region. If your event doesn’t meet these criteria, we’ll notify you.
  • Cost: Listing your event on the Leeds Digital website is free, however, sponsors enjoy enhanced visibility for their events. Want to learn more? Download our sponsorship deck.

Once submitted, the Leeds Digital team will review your event to make sure that it's relevant for the Leeds Digital audience. If we need any further information from you, we'll reach out using the contact details you submitted so make sure these are correct!
