Stuart Clarke is the founder of Leeds Digital and was the Festival Director of the Leeds Digital Festival from its inception in 2015; he stepped down from that role after the tenth Festival in 2025.
He is also the founder of
Paceline marketing and PR consultancy, working with firms in the tech sector. Stuart is a non-executive director to numerous startups, and the creator of the Leeds Tech Map and the PARSE peer roundtable programme for startup founders.
He was awarded an MBE for Services to the Technology Sector in the 2023 New Year Honours list.
