Brian Simpson is a Product Owner at Lloyds Banking Group, working within the Chief Technology Office to help shape organisational capability and develop a skills-based organisation.
Based in the Leeds area, he brings expertise across product ownership, learning culture, business analysis and digital transformation, with a strong focus on building communities of practice and future-ready skills. He is also an active contributor to industry dialogue through writing on engineering culture, business analysis and transformation in banking.
Alongside his role, Brian has a strong track record of business and career mentoring, and has worked closely with emerging talent schemes.
