Alan leads the year-round strategic events and engagement programme for both the Nexus innovation community and wider business engagement at the University of Leeds.
He frequently engages with and manages visits involving national policymakers and politicians. For the past six years he has led and championed a programme of events and activity for Leeds Digital Festival. He’s passionate about creating events and opportunities which facilitate collaboration and innovation across the Nexus community, the Leeds innovation ecosystem and beyond.
