Join us for an evening of insightful discussions, thought-provoking talks, and networking opportunities at The DM Collective, here in Leeds. This event has been designed for Delivery Managers and anyone interested in passionately exploring the dynamics of behaviours in the workplace and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
The theme on the night will be: Always Being On – Is This Right or Wrong? 🎯
We will dive into the concept of “always being on” and examine its impact on ourselves and our teams. Together, we’ll challenge our own behaviours and explore ways to support our wider teams’ growth and well-being.
On the night, Sommer Croft (Programme Head at NHS England) will provide a lightning talk on the subject of behaviours within the delivery community.
She will be joined by Chris King (Delivery Management Capability Lead at BJSS) who will talk about burnout – identifying the signs, how to manage and what to do if you feel this applies to you.
There will be other opportunities to share your own experiences, as well partake in group discussions throughout the night.
Food and drink will be provided, so please feel free to relax whilst you network and enjoy the evening.
