Learn how to build a diverse team, champion equity and ensure inclusion in your organisation at our Redefining MACHO lunch in Leeds.
This unique event, sponsored by EY, ThinCats and Eversheds, shows men how they can be better allies to women in their organisation and in the business community.
Nearly every organisation has focused on improving diversity, equity and inclusion over the past few decades, but the pace of change is slow and more needs to be done to support women in business by engaging men and unlocking real change.
Ten speakers – male and female – will explore themes of allyship in five debates before, during and after a three-course lunch, with chances to network and discuss the topics before and after the debates.
The session will be led by Rebecca Rennison (Corporate Finance partner at EY) and Simon Dixon (Head of Origination at ThinCats). Simon inspired Rebecca to create the MACHO programme and she has held numerous workshops gathering feedback with real life examples that provide a clear roadmap.
