Leeds Digital Festival 2026 – Event Organisers’ Collaboration Event

The Leeds Digital Festival wouldn’t be what it is without its incredible community of event organisers. With over 200 events in last year’s line-up alone, it’s clear that creativity, collaboration and innovation are what make the Festival thrive.

As we gear up to for this year’s September Festival, we’re bringing together the brilliant minds behind the events — the organisers from tech companies across the Leeds City Region who want to shape the 2026 programme.

Whether you’ve already got an idea in mind or you’re looking for people to team up with, this is your opportunity to connect, collaborate and start planning something amazing. Thinking of co-hosting a panel, sharing a venue, or joining forces on a theme? This is where those conversations begin.

We’ll also guide you through the event submission process, so whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned organiser, you’ll leave feeling confident and inspired.

🕠 5:30 pm – Arrival and networking
🗣️ 6:00 pm – 6:15 pm Short presentation on the event submission process
🤝 6:15–7:30 pm – Networking and collaboration

To help cover costs, we’re charging a small fee of £11 +VAT per ticket.

So that everyone can get the most out of this collaboration event, we’re asking everyone who registers to share some information about themselves and the events they have in mind.

Please note that by registering for this event, you are giving consent for us to share your details with the other registered attendees. This will include your name, job title and company name along with the information that you provide about your ideas for an event. This is so that attendees can identify others who are working on similar subjects to themselves.
