Unleashing Operational AI: Call Centre Excellence with Snowflake Intelligence
Snowflake intelligence is a suite of AI tools and Large Language Models that together allow non-technical users to gain immediate, powerful insights from data. This session provides a practical case study on how call centre operational teams are leveraging Snowflake Intelligence to drive measurable performance gains. Mark details how these AI capabilities were leveraged, with a demo, tips, tricks and lessons learnt from one of the largest deployments of Snowflake Intelligence
- 19:25-20:00h: Speaker 2: Boyang Chen
Modern Data Governance
This presentation explores how modern data governance software helps organisations manage, trust, and get more value from their data. As businesses collect and analyse information from an ever-growing number of sources, maintaining data quality, consistency, and compliance has become increasingly important.
Data governance tools address these challenges by providing centralized platforms for cataloging data, tracking lineage, managing policies, and enforcing standards across the enterprise. They make it easier for teams to discover reliable data, understand how it’s being used, and ensure it meets both internal and regulatory requirements. These platforms also contribute to better data quality by using metadata, automation, and user feedback to detect errors and improve datasets over time. Overall, the presentation highlights how data governance software turns fragmented, untrusted data into a well-managed asset that supports accurate analytics, informed decision-making, and successful AI initiatives.
