Leeds Cancer Data Day

If you already do research based on cancer data or would like to explore how big data sets can be used to inform your clinical or wet laboratory cancer research, then this event may be for you.

The day has three components: in the first session a selection of high profile external and internal speakers will talk about data sets that are available at national and local level and highlight the research that they have enabled. Lunch will offer the opportunity to network with data experts and discuss research ideas, with the option to highlight your own research or research plans and ideas using a poster. Later sessions will feature local researchers presenting their cancer data related projects and a panel discussion where experts from earlier sessions will be available to tackle your questions on data sets and data driven research.
