Bradford Tech Fest takes place throughout October 2023 and aims to inspire young people to embrace technology for positive change, to showcase digital career pathways and develop their digital skills and talent. Established in 2020 with partners Bradford Council, National Science & Media Museum, Future Transformation and Exa Networks there is a need to expand opportunities available for young people by encouraging more organisations to take part.
Training and support is being made available to companies and organisations across Bradford District to provide inspiring activities and engaging events as part of the upcoming #BradfordTechFest.

Workshop 2 (same day, 1-3pm) will support participants to develop, evaluate and refine their activities and resources. (Details can be found here).
On successful completion, participants will be eligible for Digital Badges from Bradford Council’s SkillsHouse team to recognise achievement.
Both workshops are provided free of charge to adult employees of organisations who are interested in supporting Bradford Tech Fest and will be led by Alan O’Donohoe, The Exa Foundation. Alan is an award winning teacher and leader in education with a passion for making learning fun and engaging.
This is a repeat of the event that took place on July 19th. Previous attendees welcome to attend or join Workshop 2.
