Hosted by Rich Williams, DSN Next Gen will bring together prominent industry figures who are shaping the future of sport and technology to share their backstory and experiences with a view to inspiring the next generation of sports and digital leaders.
Taking place at Leeds Beckett University’s prestigious School of Arts, our speakers are Leeds graduates with great experiences to share and are real role models. They are true pioneers in their respective fields and keen to tell the story of their respective successes.
Starting at 4pm, the evening promises to be a memorable one, filled with interesting discussions, invaluable insights, and the chance to connect with like-minded individuals.
Attendees will have the chance to engage with industry leaders, students, experts, coaches, athletes, and tech professionals. We’re expecting an audience ranging from students looking to kick-start a career in sports tech in the North, right the way through to C-Suite leaders, investors and employers seeking to grow talented teams – and everyone in between.
Discussions will centre on the current state of the sports and technology landscape and touch on career-related topics, ranging from entering the field to securing top talent. As is often the case at DSN events, we’ll consider the transformative impact of technology in creating a level playing field and driving growth in interest, participation, and opportunities for all.
In line with the best DSN traditions, there will be plenty of time for relaxed networking in the bar to allow attendees to meet and enjoy a few drinks, and discuss the topics raised.
