“Leeds has had a huge amount of investment over recent years which has really helped to supercharge where it is today. And investment alone doesn’t get us there. I think what’s quite special about Leeds is that there is some truly committed leadership within the tech industry.
I would say it’s never too late to get into tech. I would advise that you take a good look at all the different roles and opportunities in technology because there is so much breadth. There’s a lot of misconception, but I do believe there is something for everyone.”
