In the latest episode of our Spotlight Series we caught up with Co-founder of Meeow, Chris Rabbitt.

Meeow is the world’s first 24hr on-demand video networking platform. Based on the idea that four people is “the magic number” to ensure everyone remains engaged throughout a networking session, Meeow matches users into groups of four people based on their shared interests. Each week, the platform hosts hundreds of open ‘meeows’ where users can opt to join subject or location-specific meetings in order to form new and lasting connections – from mums in business to 6-figure bookkeeping, there’s a meeow on just about everything in business. Working with partners local and international, Meeow also develop bespoke online sessions for meetup groups like Startup Grind, All In. Leeds and AD:VENTURE.

Chris shares how Meeow first began, how their recent growth has allowed them to become a truly global business, and how they’re using AI and AGI technologies to continue to innovate and evolve their business offering.

“Help in Leeds is never further away than a terrified scream. And what I mean by that is that the community is really close, the city is lovely and compact which means everyone knows each other and is on hand and you can go and find people and say ‘Help me!’ or ‘I need this!’ […] I think that’s different from anywhere else.”
